Ginger

Ginger completed a 200-hour certification training at 8 Limbs Yoga Centers.

Ginger will be teaching a cool-cat, mellow hatha yoga class, appropriate for beginners or experienced yogi cat-lovers--easy movement and breath sequences combined with some gentle stretching and strengthening.

Ginger approaches yoga as a holistic endeavor, incorporating intention-setting, spiritual connection, focus on the lines of energy through the body, as well as proper alignment in asana to maximize the benefits of each pose, open the paths of prana through the body and energy field, and to preserve the health and well-being of the body and its joints long-term.

When not on the mat, Ginger can be found either practicing craniosacral therapy, singing, playing the flute, or enjoying the beauty of Seattle with friends and family. For more information about her craniosacral therapy practice, please click here

Josie

Josie is a certified yoga instructor through Whole Life Yoga's teacher training program at the 500-hour level. She has found that in this day and age, it is so easy to become disconnected from ourselves, and that yoga reconnects us to our true self. She has felt so much more joy and balance in her life since having a regular yoga practice, and wants others to feel that joy as well. She feels that our minds, body, and breath have so much to offer us, if we can just learn how to use them all together. She loves helping people find yoga and how it can benefit them personally.
