Can’t make it any more?

Cancellations for Cat Lounge Reservations and Private Reservations are only refundable if requested 24 hours in advance of your booking time.

Cancellations for Special Events (meowga/pumpkin carving/ect) are only refundable if requested at least 48 hours in advance of your booking time. After that period, you are allowed to reschedule.

Rescheduling your visit

Rescheduling for Cat Lounge Reservations is allowed up to 2 hours before your original booking.

Rescheduling for Special Events (meowga/pumpkin carving/ect) and Private Reservations is allowed up to 24 hours before your original booking.
