Canceling your visit

Can’t make it any more?

Cancellations are only refundable if requested 24 hours in advance of your booking time. After that period, you are allowed to reschedule. (Except for special events that require 48 hr advance cancellation.

Rescheduling is allowed up to 2 hrs before your original booking.
