A dugong is a mamal that resembles a manatee, but has a whale like tale. It is believed to be what sailers thought was mermaids and sirens. Whoever named him must of thought that he was as charming as a mermaid.

He is a cute sweet cat, but on his own terms so he can be sensitive to handling. He does not seem to like other cats too much.
